Accepted Methods of Payment. We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Time. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on various factors. Customers should expect a 2 to 3 day delivery
time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using EMAIL.
Damaged Shipments. Since our products are delivered through email. If there is a failure of email transmission, contact us, and we will send the product to you again.
Manufacturers Defects. Again, since our products are emailed, there is no hardware and thus no manufacturer's defects. If our product has failed somehow in email transmission, we will send you the product again.
Return Merchandise Policy.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, or there was an error in transmission, the order should be sent back with a request for a new product.
Since our products are not shipped per se, there are no freight charges involved. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement of the item you purchased from us.
